SALE OF SHARES

This is information provided by the company to assist shareholders who wish to sell or
purchase shares.
The shareholder must first fill out and sign a request form before the information is placed
on the Sale Register Blackboard soliciting potential share buyers. Forms can be downloaded
from this site. Interested purchasers should fill out the Get In Touch details on this website
and the details will forwarded to the seller.

All negotiations regarding the sale are to be undertaken by the owner of the shares
including price and payment as well as any administration costs.

When an agreement has been reached and payment arranged the shareholder can fill out
and sign the transfer form on the reverse side of their share certificate and then forward it
to the company’s office for approval together with the administration costs, currently
$15.00 per transfer. All transfers are subject to board approval. 

On approval a new
certificate will then be issued and forwarded to the new owner.
